At the Tryg A/S general meeting on 21 March 2024, Folketrygdfondet, manager of the Government Pension Fund Norway, voted against item 6.04 for the following reasons:

Item 6.04: Indemnification of Directors/Officers
Rationale:
Folketrygdfondet exercises particular caution in voting for a discharge of liability for board members, in particular discharge of liability for future actions. For this reason, we voted against item 6.04.
