Rationale:
Folketrygdfondet’s decision to vote against the Remuneration Report is based on a cumulative assessment taking into account the discretionary bonuses awarded outside the regular annual incentive plan because we do not think that this remuneration strategy is sufficiently aligned with shareholder’s best interest. For this reason, we voted against item 13.00.
Item 15.00: Adoption of Share-Based Incentives
Rationale:
Folketrygdfondet’s decision to vote against the Share – Based Incentives is based on a cumulative assessment taking into account that there are no performance hurdles attached to the share option grants. For this reason, we voted against item 15.00.
