Item 9: Election of members of the nomination committee
Folketrygdfondet is focused on ensuring that the nomination committee composition safeguards the interests of the shareholder community. The Nomination Committee should be independent of the Board and other senior executives, and senior executives should not be members of the Nomination Committee. Bjarte Gudmundsen is Rogaland Regional Leader for Bouvet and is proposed as a member of the Nomination Committee. This proposal is not in accordance with Folketrygdfondet's view on the composition of nomination committees.
Therefore, Folketrygdfondet voted against item 9.
