Lundin Energy

At the Lundin Energy AB general meeting, Folketrygdfondet, manager of the Government
Pension Fund Norway, voted against item 21 for the following reason:

Item 21: Extraordinary awards to Alex Schneiter
Rationale:
Folketrygdfondet opposes the additional remuneration to the CEO that are made outside the
Company's remuneration policy. Furthermore, we are skeptical of any type of extra bonus that
rewards individuals for actions that we view as intrinsic to an executive's duties without any
explanation of the rationale to justify such a bonus payment. For this reason, we voted against
item 21.
