Siri Teigum
Appointed to the board as of 16 May 2015, and as board chair as of 16 May 2017. Siri Teigum is a partner at the law firm Thommessen, where she heads up the EU/EEA and competition law practice. Siri Teigum also serves as a board member at Gyldendal ASA.. She holds a law degree from the University of Oslo and an EU law qualification from the College of Europe.
Bjørn Østbø
Appointed as a board member as of 16 May 2017. Bjørn Østbø is an economist with a degree in business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. He runs his own investment and consultancy business. Østbø chairs the boards of Nordfjord Kjøtt AS and Bergen municipal pension fund. He was previously a group director at DNB and CEO of Vital Forsikring and Vital Eiendom, as well as a partner and director at First Securities.
Liselott Kilaas
Appointed as a board member as of 16 May 2017. Liselott Kilaas holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Oslo and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. Kilaas is CEO of Evidia.
She chairs the board at Implantica and is a board member at Orkla, Peab AB, Recover Nordic, and Avonova. Kilaas has previously served on the Executive Board of Norges Bank. Her varied international management experience includes serving as Group Chief Executive of the Scandinavian health and care provider Aleris.
Tørres Trovik
Appointed as a board member as of 25 June 2020. Tørres Trovik is an adviser at KLP, specialising in profitability, climate targets and risk. He is a member of the Investment Advisory Board of the Timor-Leste Petroleum Fund. His previous positions include Group Chief Investment Officer at Storebrand, Senior Investment Officer at the World Bank, Special Adviser on the Governor's Staff for Investment Management at Norges Bank and Senior Portfolio Manager at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM). He completed a PhD in financial mathematics at the Norwegian School of Economics in 2001, and also holds an MBA from the same institution.
Frances Eaton
Appointed as a board member as of 16 May 2021. Frances Eaton is COO of Laerdal Invest. She has extensive finance industry experience, including various directorships of securities fund management companies and serving as Head of Business Support and Compliance at SKAGEN Funds. Her previous positions include serving as CEO at Nansen Capital Partners and as Director of Legal and Compliance at Nysnø Klimainvesteringer. Eaton holds a law degree from the University of Bergen with further specialisation at the University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Elisabeth Maråk Støle
Appointed as a board member as of 16 May 2021. Elisabeth Maråk Støle is CEO og Seagems Group AS. She has international experience from groups like SCA (Essity), Telenor, Jotun and SafeRoad, and has previously chaired the boards of companies including SIVA SF, Gexcon AS and Prototech AS. Elisabeth has also been a director of Sparebanken Møre and Tafjord Marked AS, and is currently a member of the Research Council of Norway’s Board for Energy, Transport and Low/Zero Emissions. She holds a degree in business administration from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland and an Executive Master of Management degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
Morten Borge
Appointed as board member from 16 May 2023. Morten Borge is CEO of the industrial and finance group Ferd. He is in charge of the company’s investments and active ownership work across five business areas. Borge has previously been Chief Financial Officer at Interwell and an auditor at PwC. Morten Borge is a member of the boards of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA and Ferd Sosiale Entreprenører AS. He has a master’s degree in business administration (siviløkonom) and is a Certified Public Accountant (BI Norwegian Business School).
Joakim Kvamvold
Elected to Folketrygdfondet's board as an employee representative in 2023.
Joakim Kvamvold has been employed at Folketrygdfondet since 2015 and is Portfolio Analyst in the Fixed Income department. He has previously been as an analyst at KLP Kapitalforvaltning and a risk analyst at BN Bank. Joakim Kvamvold holds a Master's degree in financial economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and completed a PhD in social economics at the same university in 2015.
