
Siri Teigum
Appointed to the board as of 16 May 2015, and as board chair as of 16 May 2017 until 15 May 2027. Siri Teigum is a partner at the law firm Thommessen, where she primarily works with the EU/EEA and competition law. Teigum is also head of the Norwegian Bar Assocation and serves as a board member at Gyldendal ASA and the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo. She holds a law degree from the University of Oslo and an EU law qualification from the College of Europe.

Bjørn Østbø
Appointed as a board member from 16 May 2017 until 15 May 2025. Bjørn Østbø holds a degree in business administration (HAE) from NHH. Østbø runs his own business in commercial real estate and is the chair of Nordfjord Kjøtt and Bergen municipal pension fund, among others. He has previously served as an executive director at DNB and as CEO of Vital Forsikring and Vital Eiendom, as well as director and partner at First Securities.

Liselott Kilaas
Appointed as a board member from 16 May 2017 until 15 May 2025. Liselott Kilaas holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Oslo and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. Kilaas is the CEO of Evidia Group. She is also the chair of Implantica and a board member of Orkla, Peab AB, Recover Nordic, and Avonova. Kilaas has previously served on the Executive Board of Norges Bank and has international experience from various leadership positions, including as CEO of Aleris.

Tørres Trovik
Appointed as a board member from 25 June 2020 until 15 May 2027. Tørres Trovik is an advisor at KLP and an Associate Professor II at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He is a board member of the Timor-Leste Petroleum Fund. He has previously served as Group Chief Investment Officer at Storebrand, Senior Investment Officer at the World Bank, Special Advisor in the Governor’s staff for capital management at Norges Bank, and Senior Portfolio Manager at NBIM. He completed his PhD in Mathematical Finance from NHH in 2001 and holds a business administration degree (HAE) from the same institution.

Frances Eaton
Appointed as a board member from 16 May 2021 until 15 May 2025. Frances Eaton is the COO of Laerdal Invest. She has extensive experience in the financial sector, including as a board member of various asset management companies and as Head of Business Support and Control at SKAGEN Funds. Eaton has also worked as CEO of Nansen Capital Partners and as Legal and Compliance Director at Nysnø Climate Investments. She holds a law degree from the University of Bergen with a specialisation from the University of Wellington, New Zealand.

Elisabeth Maråk Støle
Appointed as a board member from 16 May 2021 until 15 May 2025. Elisabeth Maråk Støle is the former CEO of Seagems Group AS and NORCE, with experience from corporations such as Telenor, Jotun, Essity, and SafeRoad. Støle is the chair of the climate and environmental research institute NILU, a board member of Myklebust Verft AS, and a deputy member of the Corporate Assembly at Equinor. She holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor with 1st class Honours from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.

Morten Borge
Appointed as a board member from 16 May 2023 until 15 May 2027, Morten Borge serves as the CEO of the industrial and financial conglomerate Ferd, where he leads the company's efforts in investments and active ownership across five business areas. Borge previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Interwell and worked as an auditor at PwC. Morten Borge also serves as a board member at Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA and Ferd Social Entrepreneurs AS. He holds a degree in business administration and has completed advanced studies in auditing at the BI Norwegian Business School.

Joakim Kvamvold
Elected to Folketrygdfondet's board as an employee representative from 2023-2025.
Joakim Kvamvold has been employed at Folketrygdfondet since 2015 and is Senior Portfolio Analyst in the Fixed Income department. He has previously been as an analyst at KLP Kapitalforvaltning and a risk analyst at BN Bank. Joakim Kvamvold holds a Master's degree in financial economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and completed a PhD in social economics at the same university in 2015.
