General meeting of BW LPG Limited

At the annual general meeting on May 15th 2023, , Folketrygdfondet, manager of the Government Pension Fund Norway, will vote against item 15 for the following reason:

Agenda item 15. Board authorization to increase share capital
Folketrygdfondet is of the opinion that the authorization to increase the share capital by 20%, without any specific purpose, is excessive. Therefore, we intend to vote against item 15.
