At the Genmab A/S general meeting on 13 March 2024, Folketrygdfondet, manager of the Government Pension Fund Norway, voted against item 07.02 for the following reasons:

Item 07.02: Indemnification of Directors
Rationale:
Folketrygdfondet exercises particular caution in voting for a discharge of liability for board members, in particular discharge of liability for future actions. For this reason, we voted against item 07.02.
